Parental Support Policy
Recognized as one of the most progressive policies for our industry, we are proud to offer up to 18 weeks of paid leave for a designated primary caregiver. Primary caregivers can elect up to a potential total of 26 weeks. If you're not the primary caregiver, you are offered up to four weeks of paid leave following the birth, adoption, or foster care placement of a child.

Infant Formula Program
