Talent Sourcing

As part of the Talent Sourcing team, you'll be responsible for a variety of recruitment-based functions, such as sourcing and assessing candidates, as well as developing close relationships with internal departments to support talent needs by implementing best practices of talent selection.

Organization Development

As part of the Organization Development group, you'll be dedicated to providing continuous training and development opportunities to all associates at Nestlé Purina. Additionally, you'll be responsible for performance and talent management, succession planning, and a variety of career and development opportunities focused on maximizing the Nestlé competencies.

HR Strategy

As part of our HR Strategy group, you'll engage with team of strategic partners who each support a major department(s) within the Nestlé Purina organization. You'll be responsible for supporting all aspects of attracting, developing, and retaining the best possible talent for the business.

HR Operations

The HR Operations group performs a variety of key functions within the areas of administrative support, compensation, compliance, relocation, meeting planning and travel, diversity and inclusion. You could also have a role within our Associate Wellness Center, which supports emergency/urgent medical needs and advocates for all health and wellness activities within the organization.

Labor Relations

The Labor Relations Center of Expertise (CoE) provides leadership, strategic direction, and technical expertise on labor and employee relations matters to the Nestlé markets in the U.S. and Canada. The Labor CoE delivers the full array of day-to-day labor and employee relations services in areas such as contract administration and interpretation, grievance and arbitration management, collective bargaining, policies and practices, training, analytics, and proactive employee relations initiatives.

HR Analytics

As a member of the HR Analytics team, you'll be responsible for answering key business questions that involve individuals within the realm of recruitment, retirement, employee retention and expatriate management. You'll also work strategically to analyze data, conduct surveys, hold focus groups and utilize other effective research methods to efficiently provide accurate answers. Finally, you'll focus on workforce planning to aid the business in identifying risks and opportunities within the organization.
