Auditors are exposed early on to the highest levels of management, placing them far ahead of their peers when it comes to presenting ideas and making an impact at executive management level.

Evaluate and provide opinions that influence the overall internal control environment throughout all Nestlé North American locations. You'll work to provide management support, which includes cost recovery efforts, fraud investigations, and business process and contract compliance reviews. Finally, support Nestlé's external auditors in the overall audit of year-end financial statements.

Common Positions

Advanced Staff Internal Auditor - Domestic

This is an entry-level position based in St. Louis, MO. You should expect up to 60% travel to other Nestlé operating companies to assist with evaluating internal control, developing and executing tests, document planning, reporting, and generating feedback.

Advanced Staff Internal Auditor - International

As an Advanced Staff Internal Auditor, you'll be based out of Vevey, Switzerland and should expect 100% travel to other Nestlé operating companies. At the international level, you'll be charged with very similar planning, field work and reporting responsibilities as those listed above.

Team Leader

As an Audit Team Leader, you should expect up to 60% travel and will be responsible for managing both the people and the processes that drive the success of this department. You'll be involved with the scoping of the audit, ensuring all team members are prepared for field work, organizing audit details, overseeing all testing, managing the reporting process, and providing feedback and findings to the broader Nestlé organization.

Audit Manager, Senior Audit Manager

Based on the need for individuals with highly-coveted business knowledge and cross-operating company experience within audit, these positions are often filled via internal promotions. As a Senior Audit Manager, you'll be responsible for ongoing, proactive consultation for internal controls, risk mitigation, compliance, and other related functions for your assigned business units.

While Finance and Accounting are the most common backgrounds found within this department, you may come to this department with a unique background and area of functional expertise. We then provide you with the experience and work ethic required to thrive in the company after your stay in audit.
