The Customer Development team executes key in-store deliverables, including distribution tracking, display compliance tracking, incremental selling, and district manager integration, while managing and building long-term relationships with pet specialty retail locations.
In this entry level role you are responsible for taking insights identified throughout the entire sales organization, applying them at retail and selling in the products at the store level for pet specialty stores.
As a Category Analyst you are tasked with analyzing the entire pet category by working with the Category Development Manager to investigate new and innovative ways to build, grow and achieve Key Performance Indicators (brand, pricing and share) within retail accounts.
As a Shelf Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing the use of our self-space within the stores to make sure we are not only using them to their greatest potential, but looking for ways to improve that space to efficiently sell our products in retail stores.
As a Finance Manger within Sales you are responsible for applying financial knowledge and customer insight to achieve team and customer volume and profit targets. You will also provide oversight in the areas of financial management, checkbook management and administrative budgets.
As an Account Manger you will be the face of the company to the customer groups and be responsible for joint business planning with our customers to drive volume, profit and share growth within pet care. You will be managing, monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet all sales objectives.
Category Development Manager (CDM)
As a CDM you are a people leader with an analytical background who oversees the Category and Shelf Analysts. In this role you will be a more "behind the scenes" person working heavily with internal groups to ensure all key performance indicators are not only met, but exceed expectations.
Team Leader (Analytics or Retail)
As a Team Leader you are responsible for overseeing a portion or all of the other groups listed above (Analytics TL – the Analytic teams and Retail TL – the Retail teams). Your job is to manage/develop resources of the Customer Teams to deliver assigned volume, share and profit goals.
