Gaining the insights and knowledge of such a successful consumer packaged goods company as well as the integrated relationship developed at multiple levels within the organization.

I wish I had known the breadth of opportunities available to any associate both within Nestlé Purina and the greater Nestlé family of companies.
What exciting projects have you worked on?
RECRUITING! I was able to lead our department’s recruiting team; assisting with strategy development, identification of top talent, and hiring. Being a part of this process was extremely exciting as you have a hands-on roll in finding and welcoming the future of the company.
What has Nestlé Purina done to help you develop professionally or personally?
Continuous training for higher performance in key result areas such as leadership, results and strategy.
What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working?
Rehab houses, train for marathons.
