• Technical — Our technical experts are the "go-to" people for operations support around the world. Experience in varied projects and programs equip our Design Engineers to provide focused technological direction needed for expansion and on-going operations. Our associates are committed to formal training programs to assure that they are continuously up to date with the rapidly changing world of technology
• Project Management — Our matrix approach to project organization requires the direction of multiple design efforts along with procurement, installation and commissioning. Our Project Management Team leads the entire project effort from concept to start-up and serves as the primary contact for all information and implementation
• Environmental — We manage the U.S. PetCare environmental program through our headquarters Engineering Department. Our resolve is to partner with our operating facilities to utilize the on-site talent that exists at the factories along with the regulatory and technical skills in our headquarters. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OPPORTUNITY

The management trainee program is typically an 18-24 month position in one of several of our manufacturing facilities located in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply knowledge in your area of focus in a manufacturing environment.

The main objective of this program is to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary within their discipline of focus to advance within the company. All trainees will be required to complete a training report during the first 6 months of training.

Upon successful completion of the program, you can expect to relocate to any of Nestlé Purina's 20 plant locations in the United States.
