across the country. The program raises funds and awareness for pet rescue.

homeless pets. Petfinder partners with almost 10,000 animal welfare organizations across the USA‚ Canada
and Mexico to find homes for homeless animals.

Purina partners with nearly 300 shelters nationwide to provide senior citizens with reduced cost pet
adoptions. Participating humane shelters are reimbursed $50 for every senior adoption to help defray
the costs of spaying or neutering‚ vaccinations‚ and other fees.

with the Give a Bowl™ program. The Give A Bowl™ program provides much-needed food to the pets in

The Very Best Pet Network® is supported by your local Wal-Mart® store and is powered online by
Petfinder.com. In the program, Wal-Mart® displays adoption boards with photos and information
about adoptable pets in their pet departments.

Purina® Pets for People™ helps pets and pet owners suffering in the wake of catastrophic events.
For example‚ in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita‚ Purina donated nearly 200 tons of
Purina® brand dog and cat foods and litter to various organizations‚ animal clinics and relief
agencies. Purina made additional cash donations to the Red Cross and other disaster relief teams.
